The influence of different temperatures, and age of the Pseudomonas fluorescens and Lactococcus lactis bacterial cultures on the proceeding of virus infection in them has been studied. The general regularities of the infection course were manifested in a decrease in cell lysis rate as a result age increasing and deviation of growth temperature from the optimum values.
Key words: age of culture, bacteriophages, cultivation, infection, interaction, lactococci, pseudomonads, temperature.
