A molecular construct of the spherical shape containing double-stranded RNA (dsRNA) in the center, coated by spermidine-poliglukin cover and carrying recombinant deltaferon, an analog of recombinant interferon-gamma, has been designed. It was shown that deltaferon retains its specific activity on the level of 9·104 U/mg when included in the above construct. It was shown that deltaferon and dsRNA in the construct were characterized by the enhanced resistance to proteases (trypsin) and nucleases (E. coli ribonuclease) as compared to deltaferon and dsRNA in the free forms. The increased tolerance of deltaferon as a part of the construct to temperature environmental factors during storage was also demonstrated.

Key words:  double-stranded RNA,  interferon-gamma analog of deltaferon,  molecular construct,  resistance to enzymes,  temperature resistance.
