Component compositions of eight commercial enzyme preparations designed for the enzymatic hydrolysis of plant cellulose-containing raw materials and obtained using Trichoderma fungi species, Accelerase 1000, Accelerase 1500, Accelerase XY, Accelerase DUET, Accelerase TRIO, Cellic CTec1, Cellic CTec2 and Cellic CTec3 have been analyzed. General rules of the composition design of cellulase- and xylanase-containing enzyme complexes (contents of cellobiohydrolases, endogluconases, β -glucosidases, xylanases, β-xylosidases and xyloglucanases) were highlighted.

Key words:  cellulases,  enzymatic hydrolysis of cellulose-containing raw materials,  hemicellulases,  composition of enzyme preparation,  Trichoderma.
