In this article, we have used ion-pairing HPLC allowing the simultaneous quantification of purine metabolites and some other substances of similar structure and properties in blood serum. It was shown that the ratios of purine metabolites’ concentrations can be used for the assessment of the risks of pre-­eclampsy aggravations.
