Data on a tool (computer) accounting of the results obtained using protein microarrays for the multiplex dot immunoassay of antibodies to antigens of rubella, measles and mumps in blood are represented. The results obtained by the above method and with the use of monospecific  ELISA kits were compared. It was shown, that the tool accounting raises the reliability and plausibility of the assessment of the results of dot immunoassay during examining of low-titer sera and protective levels of antibodies. The multiplex analysis is more rapid and economical in comparison with ELISA; it can be used under field conditions and in combination with tool accounting can serve as an effective method for the control of collective and individual immunity in order to correct the activity aimed at the protection of children from vaccine-controlled infections.

Key words:  measles virus,  multiplexed dot-immunoassay,  mumps virus,  rubella virus,  tool accounting of results,  vaccine-challenged immunity.
