A nucleotide sequence encoding udTRF2 domain of the human telomere-binding protein TRF2 was cloned in the expression vector pET32a(+). The construct (pET32a-udTRF2) was introduced by transformation in a bacterial strain E. coli RosettaBlue(DE3). The obtained E. coli RosettaBlue(DE3)-pET32a-udTRF2 strain was shown to produce the udTRF2 recombinant polypeptide. The latter was used to obtain polyclonal antibodies to the udTRF2 domain. The capacity of the antibodies to react with TRF2 in a nuclear lysate from mouse liver was shown which points out a possibility of using them for the investigation of the udTRF2 functions.
