The cultural and secretarial characteristics of the E4/N-6G5 and E3/S-8D6 hybridomas producing MCA to the Ebola virus have been studied during their adaptation to a serum-free medium of OptiPRO-SFM or ISF-1, respectively. The obtained MCA titer (1:1280) makes it possible to design diagnostic kits on the basis of these MCA for the virus indication and identification in biological samples.
Key words: Ebola virus, hybridomas, monoclonal antibodies, serum-free media.
