The article describes a device of “Ranar” for automatic feeding and positioning of analytical baths, simultaneous filling of bath cells with solutions and their discharge into a special tray for the subsequent sealing. The device provides a dosing accuracy with an error inferior to 5% , and the filling rate up to 60 tubs per hour with the number of cells up to 90 and capacity up to 1 ml each. The structure and features of the device functioning, a computerized system for monitoring and control the level of analytical baths cells filling are represented. The precision of dosing in the device depends on physicochemical properties of solutions, and also on ambient temperature, and it should be adjusted via the USB port of any PC-compatible WIN, when either of these factors changes. The device is convenient in operation and can be used in the production of autonomous immunodiagnostic systems on the basis of protein matrices.
