Complexes of widely used clinical antibiotics (etamycin, griseoviridin and tobramycin) with a modern nanomaterial of Taunit-type multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were obtained for the first time. It was established that those complexes possess an antimicrobial activity against Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) and Escherichia coli.

Key words:  antibiotics,  antimicrobial activity,  complexes of Taunit-antibiotic type,  Escherichia сoli,  multiwall carbon nanotubes of Taunit type,  quantitative analysis,  RP HPLC,  Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA).
